In this class, food educators and food waste advocators Cornersmith will share their favourite tips on how to run your kitchen more sustainably.

Cornermsith owner Alex will show you how to:
- buy whole vegetables and turn them into multiple meals throughout the week
- share tips for storing vegetables properly to make them last
- plus how to rethink the odds and ends by turning tired veggies and herbs, vegetable tops, leaves and other usually discarded parts into delicious condiments and sides.
