A little bit about Toukley Library

Toukley Library is the oldest of the library service branches currently operating in the northern end of the Coast. It was a volunteer service from 1 June 1960 before it operations came under Wyong Shire Council in 1963 and is still operating today in the premises that opened in 1982.

Toukley Library is known for its leafy location and being at the centre of the local community. Visitors enjoy visiting to use the library services and have a chat with staff.

In 2022 Toukley became the first Central Coast Library branch to introduce Library@yourtime which facilitates library access during unstaffed hours. This has been embraced by library members now able to access library resources, services and study spaces at their own time.
