Readers of Rachel Johns, Joanna Nell and Liz Byrski are sure to love this heart-warming and evocative novel of love, friendship and family, where hope overcomes all – even terrible hospital coffee.

'The View from the Balcony' follows three women in various life stages (late 50s, mid 30s, and early 20s) as they navigate different challenges in their lives. An exploration of how we are impacted by the people around us, Janette delves into real, relatable issues such as caregiver’s burnout, grief and loss, and feeling stuck in life. It is also a story of resilience, growth, and what happens when we let go of long-held ideas
of ourselves in order to get someplace better.

Janette is also the alter-ago of award winning suspense author Jaye Ford.
