Central Coast Council libraries will be closed for the Labour Day Public Holiday on Monday, 7 October 2024. After hours chutes will remain open. Libraries will resume regular operations from Tuesday, 8 October 2024.
It’s never too late to brush up on online skills or learn new ways to stay connected! Tech Savvy Seniors is a four-week program to help build confidence and skills with computers, tablets, and smartphones.
Designed for absolute beginners you will be given an iPad during the session to learn about email, social media, and other interesting apps.
Each session runs 10.30am-12.45pm
Session 1: Monday 14 October - Introduction to iPads
Session 2: Monday 21 October - Communication and Social Media
Session 3: Monday 28 October - Apps including Library app, BorrowBox, Libby, Medicare and more
Session 4: Monday 4 November - Videos and Music including YouTube, Freegal, Spotify and more
