Council’s Property & Payments portal will be unavailable from 12 noon on Tuesday 30 June until 8am Monday 6 July 2026. This planned annual outage allows for critical end of financial year system updates to occur. Alternate payment methods are available during this period.

Mobile Library

Browse, borrow and connect with the Mobile Library, bringing a selection of books and library services to convenient stops across the community.

    To ensure everyone has access to a good read, our Mobile Library visits selected community stops across the Central Coast to connect and engage communities unable to readily access branch libraries. The Mobile Library helps to ensure everyone has access to lifelong learning resources as well as recreational reading, listening and viewing material.

    Members can reserve library items and select the Mobile Library as their collection point, which can now also be done via our Library App. There is no separate Mobile Library collection with the items for borrowing rotated regularly to ensure there is always something new to borrow.

    The Mobile Library timetable is reviewed quarterly and is available for download via the link below, or from any library branch.
