Please note all Council Customer Service points are cashless. You can still pay for your rates and other fees and charges at our libraries using EFTPOS, Mastercard, Visa, cheque and money orders.

Justices of the Peace

Members of the NSW Justices' Association visit our libraries to witness signatures and certify documents free of charge. A phone call to the listed branch prior to attending is recommended to ensure availability. Please note that JP services are unavailable on long weekends and public holidays. Please contact your chosen library to confirm a JP will be available on the day.
