Council Services

A range of Council services can be accessed in person at Erina, Lake Haven and Woy Woy. Pay your rates, or lodge a general enquiry. For phone enquiries please call 4306 7900.

Please note all Council Customer Service points are cashless. You can still pay for your rates and other fees and charges at our libraries using EFPTOS, Mastercard, Visa, cheque and money orders. 

Justices of the Peace

Members of the NSW Justices' Association visit our libraries each week to witness signatures and certify documents free of charge. A phone call to the listed branch prior to attending is recommended to ensure availability. Please note that JP services are unavailable on long weekends and public holidays.
